i’ll be in NYC in June for both BEA (Book Expo America) and The BookCon! i am SO THRILLED to be attending and honestly cannot wait to see you there. if you’re going to be in town for the festivities here’s where you can snag a signed ARC of HUNTING PRINCE DRACULA:

BEA: Friday June 2nd I’ll be in the Hachette booth trying to play it cool around James Patterson while he does a “James Patterson Booth Takeover” at 10 am. From there I have a signing at table 11 from 2–2:30pm.

BookCon: Saturday June 3rd i’ll be doing an in-booth signing with author Lyndsay Ely from 10-11 am. (Hachette Booth 2502-2503) Followed by a Meet and Greet from 1-2pm in room 1E03.

The meet and greet is a ticketed event for the first 100 people who sign up. It’s a bit more casual than a regular signing and we’ll get to chat and take pictures and basically nerd out over books. You’ll have to check their website to see how to get a ticket for that event: thebookcon.com

i’ll be handing out some special swag at the meet and greet AND during my BEA signing. (The first 50 people in line at BEA will receive the swag.)

i think that’s it for now! cannot wait to be back home in New York and enjoying the city and loading up on ALL the books. ❤

  • ARCs — (Advanced Reader Copies given to bloggers, reviewers, media, bookstagrammers, etc.) are being formatted and will soon be printed off. I’ll be sure to post another update of when (and how) to put your request in. (Last year ARCs were rolling out in mid-April to give you an idea of timing. It may be the same this year—we shall both see!)
  • Cover Reveal — last year SJTR’s cover was revealed in April, I should know more of when to expect the reveal in the next week or two, and will probably be shouting and squealing all over the interwebs to let you know a date.
  • Is this a series? — the answer is YES! So far there are three mysteries for Audrey Rose and her crew to solve. (SJTR, HPD, and a third coming out next year.) If you’re interested in more? Preordering is one of the best ways to show a publisher that you’re in need of more adventures. Tell all your friends and post about your favorite book/series online. People take note of it!
  • Character cards — I have received A LOT of inquiries about the character cards currently in my giveaway and how and where to order them. They’re available in Phantom Rin’s redbubble store and can be found by clicking through to the link in the next sentence. (The ones I order and giveaway are listed under ‘Greeting Cards’ and then toggle down to ‘Postcard.’) Link to character cards: Click me!
  • FOGGY KNIGHT Candle — this candle is available for purchase in Novelly Yours’ shop. It smells FANTASTIC and is almost too gorgeous to burn! I am a huge fan of her products and cannot gush enough. Click me!

Okay! I think that’s it for now…I’m going to jump back into the writing cave, but I still have a few more surprises up my sleeve that will be revealed in the next couple of weeks. Stay tuned….

xoxo

Vampires are so last season, bring on the zombies!

“There was this about vampires : they could never look scruffy. Instead, they were… what was the word… deshabille. It meant untidy, but with bags and bags of style.”
– Terry Pratchett

Umm… vampires are so last season. Everyone in New York knows zombies are the new black.

However, this quote has just reminded me that I CAN’T wait to read Sherri Browning Erwin’s book ‘Jane Slayre.’ In fact, I think I shall purchase it for my ereader right this very bloodsucking moment. You should grab a copy too and then we can discuss it coffee-talk style. Since we’re such good friends, I’ll even give you a link to her site. Now click, click read people!
