Well, I purchased “Scrivener” yesterday and HOLY MOTHER I have no idea how I’ve lived without it for so long. It’s amazing. Like I sort of want to marry it and grow old together with it AMAZING.
Just look at how pretty it is:
If you write you should definitely check it out, the “Character Sketches” and notes and EVERYTHINGEVERYTHINGEVERYTHING else about it makes life so much more organized. My new WIP is not going to know what hit it.
But enough about that tech-y stuff – I’ve got a special song for you today. Let’s interwebs dance together for the first time in 2012. Yes?
HAPPY DAY TO YOU XOXO
I haven’t gotten it yet, though I do have a discount for completing NaNo this year. As much as I want it now, I have to wait…which sucks. Though it’s good to know people like the program!
Waiting does suck, but think of it this way: Once you get it – it will SO be worth it! And by then, hopefully, I will be able to wrap my brain around all the little Scrivener secrets and I can share them with you 🙂
Yay!
Don’t know how I stumbled upon a drink recipe you posted from back in June and it sounds SCUMPTIOUS!!
Anyhooters, WowSERS! I needs this tool!! I’m a bulletin board junkie, and this is just too close to the real thing and cut above!
Thanks for the SPAZTASTIC song, twinkie soul sistah!
ZOMG – YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE IT SO MUCH I HAD TO USE ALL CAPS. You can write each chapter scene by scene so if you want to move say, scene 2 to chapter four all you have to do is drag it and rearrange it and GAH – it’s like magic!
OH OH OH and you can have your synopsis, and notes and comments and SO MANY THINGS SO MANY THINGSSSSSSS. It’s ridiculous how amazing it is for organizing.
Glad you like the crazy/spastic song and typos-schmypos. I think I’m gonna go break into the wine myself, cheers!!! 🙂
BTW, sorry for the eight thousand typos up there. And to think, I haven’t even made my nightly visit to the vineyard for my glass of wine yet. WHEW. 🙂
